Vivid processes store details, staff identifiers and permissions, encrypted Shopify access credentials, and the store records needed for the task you choose. Uploaded files support product data. Avoid uploading unrelated personal information.We use this information to authenticate your store, prepare exports, map product files, check duplicates, run approved changes, and show job results. Customer and order exports are unavailable in this release. Feedback posts are shared with other installed Vivid stores after your explicit confirmation. Store domains, workspace names and staff identities are not displayed. We store your store's post content, category, status and vote choices so each store has one vote per post. Do not include customer details, passwords, API keys or private links. The private app operator can moderate posts. You can withdraw a post immediately and restore it within seven days; withdrawn posts and related votes are permanently erased after seven days. Feedback and votes are removed on uninstall or verified store erasure. Your store's votes also disappear from other posts when your store is deleted. For privacy requests concerning feedback, contact us using the address above. If you contact us, we use your email address and the information in your message to respond, investigate problems and handle privacy requests. Do not email passwords, Shopify tokens, payment details or customer spreadsheets. Vivid has not installed Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or a Google traffic-tracking tag as of the date above. The app and private administrator area may use necessary session cookies and browser storage for authentication, security and preserving your work. Shopify and infrastructure providers also operate their own services and logs.We may add a Google tag in the future to understand visits and improve our app or public website. Depending on its configuration, this could measure pages viewed, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie or similar identifiers.Before enabling that tracking, we will update this notice with the actual service, data collected, retention and privacy choices, and obtain consent where required. Mentioning possible future tracking here does not enable it or count as your consent. Any future analytics must exclude Shopify authentication tokens, access credentials, uploaded spreadsheet contents and imported customer or store records.Learn about Google's data practices in Google's privacy policy. Saved product import values and review plans, product edit snapshots, and export setup and temporary download references are encrypted and expire after seven days. Redirect reversal history expires after 14 days. Unsaved file previews stay in your browser. Files you download remain on your device.Job identifiers, result metadata and keyed duplicate-prevention records remain until store deletion to prevent accidental repeats. Export presets remain until you delete them or uninstall. Access credentials are removed on uninstall. A verified Shopify shop-redaction request removes stored store records and related jobs. Anonymous keyed webhook replay markers can remain to prevent a delayed duplicate from deleting a later reinstall.Temporary conversion files are removed after processing. Managed database backups can retain earlier data until their configured expiry. If a backup is restored, outstanding deletion requests must be reapplied before returning the restored data to use. Uninstalling Vivid does not reverse records that you explicitly created or edited in Shopify. The current service runs on Laravel Cloud in the United States. Shopify provides the authenticated APIs, bulk-export storage and admin integration. Encrypted credentials, shop/staff access checks and a separate administrator login with two-factor authentication protect app access. Platform infrastructure may process request and operational logs; do not send credentials or customer spreadsheets in support messages.Optional DeepSeek recommendations send anonymous return-category counts only after separate consent. Customer notes, order/customer identifiers, product names and store identifiers are not sent to DeepSeek. Raw return notes are processed transiently to classify reasons and are not archived. Product-level aggregate insights and catalog/PDF snapshots expire after seven days. Recurring export destinations and encrypted credentials remain until you remove the schedule or uninstall. Saved partner profiles keep their own encrypted destination and export choices; supplier profiles store column mappings, not uploaded rows. These profiles remain until store deletion/uninstall or an authorized deletion request. A schedule sends selected product fields to your chosen FTP/SFTP server, email recipient or connected Google account. Email delivery uses a private link valid for up to 24 hours; anyone holding it can download the product file until expiry. Removing the schedule revokes its links. Google Sheets delivery creates new files only; it does not modify your existing spreadsheets. Google OAuth credentials are encrypted and removed when disconnected or on uninstall. Files already delivered to a server, inbox or Google Drive remain under your control. Google data is used only to deliver the requested exports, never for advertising, model training or sale. You can also revoke access in your Google account permissions. Optional storefront PDFs expose only active, online-store-published product data and the custom fields a merchant explicitly selects. Merchants can restrict downloads or turn them off; Vivid does not archive buyers' customer identifiers for this feature. There is no advertising or sale of imported records in this release. You can choose supported fields, decline optional permissions, delete saved presets, stop unstarted job rows and uninstall the app. Shopify sends verified customer data and erasure requests to Vivid. Customer export references and all stored return-insight aggregates are removed on customer erasure. For requests about retained store or administrator data, contact the privacy address above.
